Critical Reflection essay on my work placement

write a critical reflection essay on my time at work placement at Ranelagh primary school based in East London (United Kingdom). my role was assistant coach or teaching as it was in a primary school. In total it was an 18 hour work placement, the 18 hours had to be coaching hours so leading a session etc.

the task i need you to carry out is as follows :
critically reflect on 3 key incidents that i experienced on my work placement those 3 incidents are
1) Leading a coaching session
2)observation of two coaching styles teacher A (autocratic) and teacher B (democratic).
3) my own self confidence as a coach

when reflecting on each incident i need it to be critical as this is where i will gain my marks for this essay.

use gibb’s reflection model when reflecting on each incident as its widely used and tried and trusted.
