esearch one of the two new system development projects outlined below and for the one chosen, write a report summarizing what occurred. Analyze the project chosen in terms of its successes and/or failures with reference to the Systems Development Life Cycle methodology that we have studied in chapters 20 to 22. The report to be handed in will be between a minimum of 5 pages and no more than 7 pages (note change), doubled spaced, using Times New Roman 12 point text. Cover and bibliography pages will be in addition to the 5 to 7 pages. Paper layout to follow: -Introduction -system design and failures *what they did right and what they did wrong *how to address the situation -conception design phase -physical design -Conclusion overall conclusion that states how the overall situation could have been avoided (explain properly and reason logically) and what the overall impact on the company was Relate it to the 6 phases of the SDLC.
